Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef or chicken (optional)

  2. Place one tortilla in the pan and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  3. Add the cooked meat if using, along with the diced bell pepper, on top of the cheese.
  4. Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape, ensuring the filling is enclosed.
