2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Prepare the pork: Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper on all sides.
Mix the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the apple butter, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, and garlic powder until fully combined.
Layer in the cooker: Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the slow cooker. Pour the apple butter glaze over the top.
Cook: Cover and cook the tenderloin on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes.
Rest and serve: Remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a thicker glaze, remove the pork 30 minutes before it’s done and set the slow cooker to high with the lid off.
