Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 packs instant ramen noodles
1 package frozen dumplings
4 large eggs
4 cups fresh spinach
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
Instructions
Prepare the Soft-Boiled Eggs: Bring a pot of water to boil. Carefully add the eggs and cook for 6-7 minutes for a soft-boiled consistency. Transfer the eggs to an ice water bath and let them cool before peeling and halving.
Make the Broth: In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
Cook the Dumplings: Add the frozen dumplings to the simmering broth. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until they float to the surface.
Cook the Ramen Noodles: Add the instant ramen noodles to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Add Fresh Spinach: Stir in the fresh spinach leaves and let them wilt in the hot broth for 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the Bowls: Divide the noodles, dumplings, and spinach among serving bowls. Ladle broth over each bowl and top with halved soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and black sesame seeds.
Notes
Adjust boiling time for eggs to your preferred yolk consistency. Customize the broth and toppings based on personal preference.
