Ingredients

  • 2 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 4 slices Spam or 1 can Tuna
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise (optional)

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Protein: Cook the spam in a skillet until crispy or mix the canned tuna with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Assemble the Tortilla: Take one tortilla and spread a layer of cooked rice evenly across the surface.
  4. Add the Fillings: Place the spam or tuna mixture, scrambled eggs, cucumber, carrot, and radishes on top of the rice.
  5. Roll It Up: Carefully roll the tortilla tightly. Then, fold it in half.
  6. Toast the Kimbap: Grill or toast the folded kimbap in a skillet for a few minutes until golden and warm.
  7. Slice and Serve: Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve with soy sauce for dipping.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and texture. Don’t overfill the tortillas for easier rolling.
