2 cups sliced Granny Smith apples
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
Unroll the crescent roll dough gently on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, chopped pecans, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until well coated.
Place a spoonful of the apple mixture at the wider end of each crescent triangle.
Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle up towards the tip.
Place the rolled bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops of each bite with melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use crisp apples for best flavor and avoid overfilling to prevent bursting.
